Onsite gear measurement

We have an portable 6 axes gear measurement tool. With this measurement tool we can check and measure the profiles on-site of unknown gears. For our customers, this has the advantage that we can measure components in the gearbox. Vulnerable parts need no longer to be transported with all the risks. Gearboxes should be opened just for a short lead-time. Existing heavy gears that should be replaced, doesn't need to be transported with high costs.
With this measurement tool we can check and measure the profiles on-site of unknown gears. With this tool we have a universal, highly sophisticated and fully comprehensive 3D coordinate measuring device. For our customers, this has the advantage that we can measure components in the gearbox.
Gear measurement tools and software are needed to help you analyze and measure in accordance with standards of all conventional gear wheel types. These common gear wheel types often have a weight of 16 tons and an outer diameter of three meters. When it comes to gear measurement, the measuring solution is based on each unique application. Hence, it can be a measurement with or without a horizontal measurement with a fan stylus system, or a rotary table and star stylus system. As mentioned, the analysis of the gear measurement adheres to both international and national standards including JIS, AGMA, ISO, DIN, and etc.
